Shipping is FREE with purchase of $100 or more

   Processing Time

**** US warehouses order processing usually takes 2-5 business days 

***** Overseas warehouses order processing typically varies from 3-7 business days. 

Shipping time varies by location. Many of our products delivered from oversees take 2-4 business days.  

*This does not include our 1-7 day processing time. 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Please be aware that some items take up to 30 days or more to receive. 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Eva Essentials is not liable for incorrect address used during checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur additional customs related fees upon arrival to your country. 

P.O. BOXES

Not all items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If this is the case with an item you ordered we will reach out to you via e-mail to request an alternate delivery address.

Refund Policy

At Eva Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item for a return authorization. After reviewing, we will email you a return authorization and further instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer as well as 25% restocking fee.  Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
